Worldwide Shipping
Most available orders ship within two weeks after purchase and payment verification. Loose diamond orders typically ship in 5–10 days; custom pieces generally ship in 2–3 weeks. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 7–10 business days.
These estimates exclude customs clearance. Weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses may affect delivery. An adult signature is required.
Shipping Charges
FedEx, EMS, or UPS shipping is complimentary for orders of USD 500 or more. Orders below USD 500 carry a USD 35 shipping charge. DHL shipping costs USD 35 for all orders. Contact us for other express options.
Tracking & Currency
We send a shipping confirmation after dispatch. Use the tracking information or Track Your Order page to follow your parcel. The currency and charges shown at checkout apply; your bank may charge conversion fees.
